Camping at SportFest
Your ticket includes access to the camping area and a camping pitch. The campsite is a tent and campervan only site, so no fancy caravans or motor homes will be allowed.
The campsite is a safe family environment with full security, toilet and shower facilities (you won’t be smelly and there’s hot water!)

Q:What do I need to bring if I am camping? A: Camping kit, sleeping bags, warm clothes, towels, washbag.
Q: What do I need to bring if I am glamping? A: Torch, towels and toothbrush/washbag, warm clothes
Q: Can we bring a BBQ or camping stove? A: Sorry BBQ’s are not allowed nor camping stoves.
Q: Do we need to bring sports equipment? A: No everything is provided, you are welcome to bring any special kit you would like to use though.
Q:What if my child has a food allergy? A: Let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let our food suppliers know.
Q: What first Aid provisions are there? A: Full First Aid team on site.
Q: Can we bring our dog? A: Afraid not, no pets are allowed at SportFest.
Q: How do I register for the different sports at the event? A: We will do that for you, all kids get a go at each of the core sports. We will programme that for you and your child will be put into an age appropriate group on arrival with a schedule of which sports they are doing when.
Q: Shall I bring our baby? A: Please do! We have a creche on site for the weekend.
Q: Are there cash points on site? A: No, however all food outlets and bars take credit cards. Please do bring some cash just in case!
Q: Where do we park? A: Parking is in the field next to the campsite, its not far to walk and we will have some strong people to hand to help carry. Don’t bring the kitchen sink though!
Q: Shall we bring food and drinks? A: Really no need we have it all covered and available on site.
Please help the festival by remaining vigilant to fire safety and kindly observe the following rules & regulations whilst on site:
Please note that camping is permitted in tents or campervans only and caravans and other such vehicles will not be allowed onto the site.
No cars can be parked alongside tents and will be parked in the designated car parks when entering the grounds.
The use of naked flame, including BBQs, open fires and camping stoves is strictly forbidden at any time.
No glass is permitted onsite (alcohol bottles included).
No fireworks or anything similar permitted.
No Generators are allowed.
No Caravans are permitted.
Vehicles will remain parked during the course of the weekend.
No sound systems will be permitted on site.
Pitches will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and we cannot hold/reserve any spaces.
Sleeping in vehicles overnight is not permitted and you may be asked to leave by doing so.
Only purpose built campervans will be permitted in the campervan area – modified trailers, estate cars, vans and any other vehicles not designed with in-built sleeping facilities will not be allowed access to the campervan area even if you have bought a campervan permit.
Please be considerate when pitching your tent. There are no specific pitch sizes but if you arrange your tents in such a way to take up more than a reasonable amount of space for your group you will be asked to re pitch or take some of your tents down.
In the event of needing assistance, medical or otherwise, please contact any steward or member of campsite staff who can radio for assistance.
Campers will be issued with special wristbands, please ensure your party wear them at all times.
Strictly no fire/Chinese lanterns on site.
No water source should be deemed drinking water unless specifically labelled as such.
There are bars at the event selling a great variety of local beers & quality wines, if however you bring in alcohol, it must only be for personal consumption only.
Please ensure your party know the location of all the facilities, including first aid and how to gain help in the event of an emergency.
Please remain vigilant to fire safety in order to help keep yourselves and other festival go-ers safe.
No dogs, with the exception of guide dogs, are allowed in the campsite or the festival site.
Toilet facilities are provided, the use of portable toilet facilities (eg. portaloos) is strictly forbidden.
Smoking in the campsite area is only permitted within the designated areas which are clearly marked.
Vehicles will remain parked during the course of the weekend, once on-site, there is strictly no re-entry at any time.
Strictly no vehicles are allowed in the camping area at any time, equipment for transporting camping gear will be available.
Access to the Wormsley Estate ('The Festival') is strictly on display of a valid parking pass.
